The University of Waikato offers its health courses at following two campuses:

Waikato offers a range of qualifications from certificates to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Its health-related courses are in the following fields:
  • Community health
  • Human performance science
  • Sport.
 Scholarships:
  • International Excellence Scholarship: for undergraduate and postgraduate (taught) international students covers tuition fees up to NZ$10,000.

  • Doctoral Scholarship: covers a living stipend of up to NZ$22,000 per year plus domestic tuition fees. This is for students intending to enrol full time in a PhD, DMA, EdD or SJD.

  • Research Master's Scholarship: for students undertaking a full-time thesis as part of their Master’s Degree. Students must also have completed at least 120 points of study at a New Zealand university to qualify.
