Continuing professional development (CPD)

The Australia Awards offer scholarships for up to 10 Nauruans to undertake tertiary education at Pacific universities. Additionally, up to 4 Nauruans are funded to study at Australian universities. For more information, visit the website on Australia Awards in Nauru.
USP Campus Nauru
Due to its geographical location, Nauru’s health services suffer from vulnerability due to isolation. As such, e-learning programs such as POLHN, edX and coursera are a useful way to promote knowledge and learning within the health sector. In particular, POLHN offers health courses targeted at South Pacific countries such as Nauru. Additionally, there is a POLHN Center located at the RON Hospital. For more information on POLHN's involvement in Nauru, please contact Ms Vania Scotty (email here).
