This course is inspired by the WHO Healthy Islands Recognition Programme, started in 2011. It focuses on the resource booklet on healthy islands, which was developed by health promotion experts and has been transformed to a POLHN online course for Pacific Island public health workers. This course is intended to be a resource in the Pacific islands to implement low-cost, sustainable, and effective health promotion programmes and projects.
After completing this online course, students will be able to:
